Diesel, Turbo Diesel or Supercharged Diesel engines
Microlon Products has a special formulation for the heavy- duty requirements of diesel engines. Most diesel engines are under tremendous loads. This requires extra protection from the damaging effects of friction.
The increased torque (pulling power) and potential fuel savings are the primary reasons the Microlon Diesel formulation is so highly regarded by commercial truck operators who use it.

Auto Transmission Treatment
Microlon Automatic Transmission Treatment is specially formulated for automatic transmissions.
Microlon is added to DEXTRON, which is the same quality and brand of product used in Rolls Royce and Bentley and used under other names by Ford and GM.
It reduces performance-robbing and wear-causing friction on the metal surfaces without affecting the fibrous surfaces where friction is required for proper operation.
Microlon impregnates and coats the metal surfaces with a durable micro-thin, dry super-lubricant film for reduced metal-to-metal friction and noticeably smoother operation.
Microlon’s Automatic Transmission Treatment also protects against corrosion and scale. You only need to treat your transmission once to reduce maintenance and extend its life.
Differentials
Microlon Compound-90 (C-90) is specially formulated for manual transmissions and differentials.

Microlon Hi-Temp Grease
Water resistant, extreme-pressure, heavy-duty wheel bearing and general purpose grease.
It is manufactured from selected lubricating oil stocks and thickened with a complex soap stock.
It contains additional rust inhibitors that help the Microlon resin protect metal surfaces under extreme service.
This unique composition provides outstanding film strength and adhesive properties.
As a result, Microlon Hi-Temp Grease is particularly effective in providing low wear in shock load service and is the best all-around Microlon grease.
Microlon Heavy Duty Grease
High temperature, high performance grease.
It is engineered to dramatically reduce friction and wear in extreme environments and in a wide variety of industrial applications.
It has excellent adhesive properties and is resistant to wash out.
Heavy Duty Grease is a great low-speed grease for exposed environments and is excellent for marine applications, fifth wheel lubrication, exposed gears, chain and sprockets; any extreme service in wet, muddy or dusty conditions.
